Marcos is the proud founder and owner of Sierra Group Roofing and Solar. Prior to this, Marcos had a property management job for nine years. He took a big risk and went into debt to create a self-sufficient life for his family and it has been his greatest achievement. While his hard work and dedication have paid off he still feels this is just the beginning.
As a nurse by profession, Victoria had no prior knowledge of business or roofing. But in 2016 she took the leap of faith and joined her husband in running the front end of the Sierra Group Roofing and Solar. During this time she has learned so much about the industry. Today Victoria is thriving as the co-owner, accountant, and head personnel of human resources.
